We as a company believe that a Pharmaceutical company should focus on three pillars i.e., quality, serviceability and educating our end users. Hence our Medical representatives are well trained on all the three pillars.
The domestic business of the company is driven by our own products and our main drivers are our well trained and motivated Medical Representatives (MR) covering various territories across 17 states in India.
We Supply our goods through our super distributors who sell further to the distributors or directly to the retailers or hospitals.
The institutional customer base of the company includes government, semi-government, hospitals and nursing homes, aided agencies and the Indian defence sector.
In addition to direct marketing, we also participate in bulk supplies of sterile Intravenous injectables by participating in tenders of various state government health departments.
In international markets, we partner with local distributors who import and distribute the products of the company, under their supervision and carry out marketing activities. Currently countries of our presence are Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Combodia, Somalia, Nepal & Ivory Coast.
