HELENA – Carroll institution are delighted to broadcast that Mr. Roy Simperman, a Carroll course of 1962 scholar and Chairman and President of Semaphore provider, with his partner Frances, has designated to the college a present well over $2.3 million to fund continued building work of this port and Sallie Corette archive and Simperman training Commons.
